Upcoming & Ongoing Process Groups

Process groups – group therapy – are a great opportunity to receive support in an affordable, community-based format where you can share with your peers, learn to communicate with others effectively, expand your skills in listening and empathy, and reduce anxiety.

Groups usually meet weekly for 8 or 12 weeks at 90 minutes per session. Clients are screened prior to joining any group to ensure they are appropriate for the group and to maintain the integrity and safety of each container. Check back here for ongoing and upcoming groups, or get in touch if you’re interested in process groups for specific industries, demographics or events.
