Nest Harm Reduction, a California Nonprofit Public Benefit Corporation, and its members, shareholders, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and assigns (collectively “NEST”, the “Company”, “we”, or “us”), is a company that solely provides educational and consulting information and services to individuals, communities, and organizations around ethical care, restorative justice, and human rights in non-ordinary states of consciousness. The following terms and conditions (“Terms of Use”) govern your access to and use of www.nestharmreduction.com, including any content, functionality, products, and services offered on or through www.nestharmreduction.com, and any communications from NEST as a result of such content, functionality, products, and services (the “Website”), whether as a guest, registered user, or otherwise.
